HREAP holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management

Respected Human Resources (HR) trainers and lecturers led the 20 HR professionals and academic managers in a three-day international Post Graduate Certificate in Human Management course last June 27-29, 2019.

The session was held at the Bonifacio Stopover Corporate Center, Bonifacio Global City – Taguig and was organized by the Human Resource Educators’ Association of the Philippines, Inc. (HREAP) in partnership with the World Academy for Research and Development, Ltd (WARD).

HREAP President Joseph Lardizabal said the participants were the first batch of HR professionals and academic managers who trained and passed the assessment examination and qualified for recertification by the SHRM-USA and HRCI-USA and earns each individual 19 Professional Development Credits (PDCs).  

Lardizabal adds that continuing studies like this ensure that companies and organizations in the country are updated with the latest trends and practices as well as comply with current labor laws.

“It facilitates a seamless adaptation of HR, Operations and Organizational Management best practices in the modern workplace. More importantly, continuing education will help companies develop methodologies and adopt new tools which help bridge the gap between employees and top management,” he explained.

HREAP is an organization of HR professionals and academicians all over the Philippines. It aims to promote the development of human resource programs in higher educational institutions in the country as well as ethical industry practices.

Moreover, the group pushes to strengthen HR industry-academe partnership by working closely with learning institutions and organizing seminars, conferences, and training such as this.

Roentgen Rabe, a labor expert discussed Labor Law and Employment Laws in the Philippines.
