Indang, Cavite – January 19, 2026 – The Human Resource Educators’ Association of the Philippines and Cavite State University – Carmona Campus inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) held at Cavite State University – Main Campus.
The Collaboration underscores both institutions’ shared commitment to strengthening academic development, expanding professional exchanges, and deepening institutional linkages that will benefit faculty members, students, and the broader academic community.
The ceremony was led by CvSU President Dr. Ma. Agnes P. Nuestro, together with members of the University’s administrative council, vice presidents, and campus leaders headed by Carmona Campus Administrator Dr. Jenny Beb F. Espineli. Joining the CvSU delegation were officials and members of HREAP, led by its Executive Director, Dr. Joseph M. Lardizabal, who expressed strong support for the partnership and affirm the association’s commitment to collaborative programs that advance excellence in human resource education.
The presence of both institutions’ leadership highlighted the strategic importance of the agreement and the collective resolve to translate the partnership into concrete and sustainable initiatives.
Representatives from both parties delivered statements of commitment, affirming their readiness to pursue joint projects, academic forums, faculty development activities, and student-centered programs that contribute to national development and community empowerment.
With the MOU now in effect, CvSU – Carmona and HREAP look forward to exploring collaborative opportunities that will foster innovation in teaching and learning, promote research-based practice, and strengthen the professional formation of future human resource practitioners and leaders.
University officials expressed confidence that the partnership will open doors to fruitful dialogues, impactful projects, and transformative initiatives that will benefit stakeholders and reinforce CvSU’s continuing journey of growth and excellence.
