Due to the monsoon weather and rain forecasts for early September in Metro Manila, the HWONFEX Secretariat has decided to reschedule the outdoor HWONFEX Go & Get Better Wellness Run, originally scheduled for September 6, 2026. To ensure the safety of all participants and provide a smooth and well-coordinated event experience, the run will be merged with the Victory Run of Victoria Sports Club & Hotel and will now be called the “Go & Get Better Wellness Run & Victory Run 2026.”
The event will now take place on Sunday, October 18, 2026, at Intramuros in Manila. All paid registration slots remain 100% valid and will be automatically transferred to the new event date. Participants who intend to join the rescheduled run do not need to take any action.
Please be reminded that the indoor HWONFEX Expo at the SMX Convention Center Manila will proceed as scheduled on September 4–5, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Participants are still required to claim their official race kits at the Expo before the October run. Please bring your registration confirmation email and a valid ID when claiming your race kit.
For participants who are unable to attend on the new date, you may transfer your slot to another runner or request a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted by emailing your registration details to secretariat@wellnessconfex.com on or before September 15, 2026. If no refund request is received by the deadline, we will assume that you will participate in the rescheduled October 18 run.
