The HR Educators’ Association of the Philippines, Inc. (HREAP) had its “General Membership Meeting (GMM) with Lectures” last November 29, 2017. The event was held at Compostela Valley Training Room, 23rd Flr. Bonifacio Stopover Corporate Center, 31st St., corner 2nd Ave., BGC Taguig City, Metro Manila.
Mr. Joseph Masangkay Lardizabal (HREAP President) gave the orientation about the organization and presented future plans for HREAP.
Mr. Nikko Huelgas (Captain, Philippine National Triathlon Team, 2x SEA Games Gold Medalist and Food & Travel Enthusiast) talked about having a winning mindset and his journey as an athlete. Meanwhile, Mr. Eleazar Ypilan, (Human Resources Management Practitioner – ER/LR, Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment) discussed the dilemmas of millennial in the academe and workplace.
During the break, participants had a chance to network with other delegates. New Academe and Industry members of HREAP took their oath of membership during the GMM. HREAP also welcomed new associate/student members who are now part of the HR Students’ Association of the Philippines (HRSAP).
GMM is an activity for the members of the association to keep members informed of current events affecting their membership and provide lectures regarding the latest trends in the field of human resource education.
