The Human Resource Educators Association of the Philippines (HREAP), in partnership with the College of Business Administration (CBA), successfully administered the Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA™) Assessment Examination on February 1, 2025, at the Negros Oriental State University (NORSU) Main Campus. This in-person examination provided a valuable opportunity for aspiring HR professionals in the region to pursue this important certification.
Students from NORSU, Colegio de Santa Catalina de Alejandria, St. Paul University Dumaguete, and Silliman University participated in the assessment. The collaborative effort between HREAP and NORSU made the CHRA™ exam more accessible to students from various institutions in the area, furthering HREAP’s commitment to “Bridging the Gap” between HR education and professional practice. The successful administration of the exam underscores the growing importance of skills certification in the field of human resources and the dedication of these institutions to upskilling future HR professionals.
