Dr. Ava-Lou C. Perez from the University of San Jose Recoletos, along with her co-author Dr. Rico Salma, was awarded with the Best Abstract award for their paper titled “Corporate Social Responsibility Among Selected Members of the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP) Cebu Inc.”
Dr. Maria Teresa A. Martinez from Far Eastern University Manila received the Best Paper award for her work on “Succession Planning Practices and Performance of Selected Family-Owned SME’s in Quezon City: Three Bases for a Proposed Business Continuity Model in the Philippine Setting.”
Asst. Prof. Jyro B. Triviño from Ateneo de Manila University was recognized as the Best Presenter for his paper, “Role of Human Resources in Memorable Customer Experience.” Additionally, he served as the keynote speaker, contributing significantly to the conference’s success.
